With over 20 years of professional cleaning industry experience and the ability to leverage established long-term partnerships with national suppliers, Jordie and Nick bring you Adelaide Hills Cleaning supplies.
As local as they come, Jordie is a 5th Generation Mt Barker local. Her great-great-grandmother Dalcy Drechsler was born in the Gemmels house on the 10th August 1889. Five generations later, Jordie lives in Mt Barker with her young family and when asked what motivates her, she put it simply:
“Keeping business up here in my local town - this is where we spend our time and our money. Supporting each other grows our community for future generations.
Another long-time local, Nick is a third-generation Adelaide Hills resident, also living in Mt Barker. With extensive experience in the vacuum and cleaning sector, Nick was asked why he would take such a bold leap now. He replied:
“We’re all feeling the current cost-of-living crisis, but we saw an opportunity: to open a low-cost, no-frills warehouse that allows us to provide everyday cleaning essentials to the Hills locals at prices never seen before. It’s not a flashy retail store. It’s a bit dusty and cold in winter, but we figured cleaners would be somewhat resilient to a dusty warehouse if lower operating overheads meant savings could then be passed down to you! That’s where our saying came from: No frills – No fuss – You save – On us.”
